Pets are more than just pets – they are family. Dana adopted Lucy many years ago, and she has been by her side through dating, marriage, and two children.

Sadly, Lucy was diagnosed with lymphoma and given only four weeks to live.  Dana wanted to capture some lovely fall family photos with Lucy, and also treat Lucy with a doggy cake smash!  Lucy was OVER THE MOON to eat a huge cake of dog food and treats.  Lucy also beat expectations and Dana and her family was able to enjoy six additional months with her happy-go-lucky self.  Sadly, it was recently time to say goodbye. I’m so glad that we were able to capture these lovely images.

You will be missed Lucy!
